Thermofoiling is a process whereby a layer of PVC vinyl is glued onto a one piece MDF board. This process uses a membrane press that heats the vinyl and uses vacuum pressure to form the vinyl into the routed designs. Thermofoil doors are easy to care for economical, durable and not likely to chip. Currently we stock over 30 thermofoil colors in a variety of solid colors and wood grains, with matching foil or melamine backs. We offer a large variety of moldings and trim to complement the new doors.
